    1. See example results before you start

      • A new example results page walks you through a full set of results for a sample organisation – scores across all five areas, where its team agrees and disagrees, and written findings with real quotes from the people who took part – so you can see exactly what you get before spending time on your own.

    2. A clearer framework, plus pricing and policies

      • Open any aspect on the framework page to see all five maturity levels for each indicator, laid out as a clear low-to-high ladder, instead of a tooltip that only showed the top level.
      • A new pricing page sets out what's free and what the paid plans add, so you can see where you stand before creating an account.
      • New contact, terms and privacy pages, with a plain-language note on who can see your answers when you take an assessment as part of a team.
      • Accessibility improvements across the site, including pinch-to-zoom on mobile and an assessment that's easier to use with a keyboard or screen reader.

    3. Easier to find, nicer to share

      • Our public pages – the framework, the guides and more – are now built to be read by search engines and AI assistants, so more people can find Content Maturity and quote it accurately.
      • Share a link and it now shows a proper branded preview, with a fitting image for each page.

    4. Guides to content maturity

      • Six guides explain what content maturity is, why most content problems are really organisational, how it's measured and how to make the case for better content.
      • A new Learn hub gathers them in one place and links them throughout the site, so there's always a sensible next read.

    5. AI-written analysis of your team's results

      • Organisation results now come with an AI-written analysis – an executive summary and a plain-language read of each area that draws out your team's strengths and gaps, with real quotes from their responses.
      • It's grounded in the maturity framework, so you get a considered view of where your team actually sits rather than generic advice.

    6. Accounts, dashboards and teams

      • Create a free account to save your results, revisit your history and pick up where you left off.
      • Set up an organisation, invite up to five colleagues and see your team's results brought together on one shared dashboard.
